How to make a return:

1. Go to our return portal using this link to create a return.

2. Log in with the order number from your order confirmation and your email address.

3. Follow the steps in the portal to register your return. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link with a QR code that you can use to drop off your package at a service point.

The return must meet the conditions stated in our Terms of Purchase.
