Oxford Button Down Shirt, notre interprétation de l’intemporelle chemise Oxford. Le col Button down était à l’origine appelé « col polo » et était porté presque exclusivement par les joueurs de polo — surtout à la fin du XIXe siècle en Angleterre — avant de retrouver de la popularité dans les années 1950. Aujourd’hui, la chemise Button down est partout.

La chemise Oxford Button down de Morris présente un col à ouverture moyenne et un poignet simple, légèrement arrondi, avec deux boutons disposés à l’horizontale. Le tissu est un Oxford tissé, dense mais très doux, en 100 % coton, avec un petit lys Morris brodé sur la poitrine. Un essentiel du vestiaire — aujourd’hui, demain et pour de nombreuses années à venir. Une chemise qui se porte aisément en de multiples occasions, au quotidien comme pour des événements plus festifs.

All measurements are given in centimeter. The given measurements for each size are measurements of the garment. Double the measurements of the widths to get the total circumference. Lay the garment flat when measuring.

Back length: The total length of garment is measured from center back neck seam, straight down to the bottom hem.
Chest width : The width at chest, is measured right below armhole and across to the other side.
Waist width: Where the garment is narrowest at waist height, measure from edge to edge.
Bottom width: The width at bottom is measured at bottom of garment from edge to edge.
Shoulder across: Shoulder across is measured between the outer shoulder points.
Sleeve length: The total length of sleeve is measured from center back neck seam to the shoulder seam and on to the end of the bottom sleeve.
Collar circumference: Measure from the middle of the buttonhole to the middle of the button at the collar stand.
